Our Story
Renovations Reimagined is a family-run renovation company built on craftsmanship, integrity, and trust.
Our owner, Ryan Roger Eaglen, grew up in construction working alongside his father, Roger, learning the trade from the ground up. With over 28 years of hands-on experience, Ryan has worked in nearly every aspect of residential renovation, including structural work, plumbing, electrical, and full home renovations.
When Ryan took over his father’s company and re-launched it as Renovations Reimagined, he did so with a simple but powerful goal: to run a renovation company rooted in old-school values — honesty, responsibility, and pride in workmanship.
Today, Ryan still works side by side with his father, Roger, who remains actively involved at age 80. Together with Ryan’s wife, Amy, Renovations Reimagined operates as a close-knit family business where clients feel cared for, respected, and understood.

We believe renovations should enhance the way people actually live in their homes — not disrupt their lives unnecessarily.
Every project begins with listening. We take the time to understand how a space is used, what matters most to the people living there, and how the home needs to function both now and in the future. From there, we design and build solutions that feel thoughtful, intentional, and personal.
We don’t believe in rushing work, cutting corners, or forcing cookie-cutter designs. Our approach is practical, honest, and deeply rooted in craftsmanship. The goal is not just a beautiful result, but a home that feels right long after the project is complete.

Ryan Eaglen isn’t just the owner of Renovations Reimagined — he’s the person your home will be in the hands of every single day.
Ryan is on-site and deeply involved in every project. He is not a salesman, does not upsell unnecessary services, does not take deposits, and only bills for work that has actually been completed.
He treats every home as if it were his own, keeping job sites clean and organized out of respect for his clients’ homes and daily lives.
Renovations Reimagined is a zero-debt company. All subcontractors work directly for Ryan and are paid by him — not by clients — allowing projects to move efficiently with fewer delays.
For Ryan, this isn’t just a business — it’s his name, his reputation, and his life’s work.
